Some people call me Sugar. Others call me Kirsti. You may call me whatever you want, provided that it's entertaining.
A while back I graduated with a Master's degree from the University of Turku, where I studied comparative literature and cultural history. I wrote my thesis on the Discworld series. Currently I'm stuck in limbo, learning to live with multiple chronic illnesses, and spend my spare time obsessing about various fannish things.
When I grow up I'm going to turn into Nanny Ogg sans the extensive family. I'm also going to be Nicky Wire, as soon as I manage to grow a few feet taller.
I'm ridiculously interested in most everything (excluding sports and real life). 150 LJ interests feels minimal and it's constantly driving me insane.
One day I will live in an Ewok treehouse.
Best characterization ever, by monsieur_wabbit: "There's just something distinctly Enoish in you. Actually, I can only "profile" you with a two song combo. "King's lead hat" for the fluffy hyper person I know and "Spider and I" for the thoughtful one."
This journal is fandom-heavy. My fannish hindbrain has me bouncing between anime, western media, videogames, comics, books and music so fast I can't keep up with it myself. I also write about a lot of real life stuff, some of which is dull and some potentially disconcerting. But friend away, if you feel like it. I will most likely friend you back.
