Wow....I have to admit, I had completely forgotten about this community until just a couple minutes ago when I checked my e-mail and had a membership request. Kind of made me sad. There were so many times i meant to post a challenge or put up a poll or whatever and just forgot to do it. Got busy with work, school, I've got a new little niece now so I spend most of my free time with her.
Anyway....and I know I've said this before...but if I were going to do it, summer would be the best time. All I have to worry about is work.
Is anybody still interested in participating? If the reaction to this is (generally) positive, I'll be happy to post a new challenge. God knows I miss Carnivale. But if the general consensus is for me to put the comm down....I can do that too. What do you guys think? If I were able to post a new challenge, would you be interested?

ok. let me ask this, is anyone else planning on entering challenge #1? I'm kind of disappointed (who am I kidding, I'm really disappointed) in the turnout. Of all the people who've joined this community only 2 are going to actually try? Fine. If you don't intend to enter, let me know and we'll just wrap this challenge up now. I'm sick of checking this page to see if anyone else has entered at the very least one fucking icon and seeing....nope, still just two people. So let me know if you plan on entering or not, you all can at least manage that, right?

ok guys. The deadline is Thursday and so far  goddess_raven, and </span>jaded_spirit are the only ones who've submitted anything (they're beautiful by the way). Tomorrow morning I'm going on vacation until Thursday. Wouldn't it be a great surprise for me (lol) if when I came back, everyone had submitted at least one icon? Well, keep it in mind. lol

I just wanted everyone to know that the first challenge will be posted sometime tonight and there will be five days before voting. If anybody has any suggestions on what pictures they'd like to see for the first challenge, feel free to comment and I'll take it into consideration, seeing as I'm still deciding what pictures to use. Make sure you check back tonight to see what the challenge is!
