We're thinking about doing a collab project actually since he likes working in post and I'm not a big fan. He's so quick too.
It's sort of a mix of my weird print stuff and his weird photoshop stuff (ala faces project which he got an adobe design award thing for)

Here is a project I had to do for a Digital Imaging class. Well, I didn't have to do it exactly like this, but I did have to do a compositing project, you know the deal.
I can handle shooting for compositing, and I know how to do it, but I'm not really a fan of actually doing it.

I'd rather spend 8 hours behind the lens in the camera or processing out a whole set or show of images versus taking the same time to make a composited image look really slick. It can look really cool if done right and I know people who do amazing things in photoshop, but it's just not as much fun for me. Working to make something look surreal in a straight photo is more exciting to me than working to make something unreal look acceptable to the eye.

The file was created to make a 20inch to 40 inch tall print, so even as a large jpg it's not really viewed as intended.

i have found some new vendors and have been able to lower prices all around. in my world i'd rather have more people have my art then more money in my pocket so enjoy! look out for SALE SALE SALE items. my goal is to keep 3 items at a time drasticly reduced for the lucky people who find them. i was inspired by a dual wet/dry floor cleaner i got for a steal at lowes!

i've been busy the last couple of days ... all these items will be up on www.brooooke.etsy.com by 9:00pm EST tonight for viewing. 
 
i'm still putting up some of the soldered pendants i made the other day (now i'm out of solder!) & more of my polaroid manipulation prints, but something NEW ... i took out some linoleum blocks i made in college and even carved a new one to make a few unique notecards.

Hey guys! I'll be doing an Internship (and open for assisting) this summer in NYC. I'm still in school towards a BFA, but I'm looking to try everything. My Hallmark notch seems to be helping open doors a fair bit (people say I probably know the equipment (and I think I do, hehe, I guess I'll learn more though)).

Anyway, if any of you are in NYC, look me up, yo! I'll be there after July 25th.
