Международный уголовный суд в Гааге начал следствие против грузинского президента Михаила Саакашвили. Дело возбуждено по иску "Грузия против Саакашвили", поданному осенью 2010 года известным адвокатом Шалвой Хачапуридзе. По словам самого истца, он получил уведомление на этот счет, а значит, "должны прибыть прокуроры из Гааги для допросов" представителей грузинских властей. В ближайшее время Хачапуридзе намерен отправиться в Гаагу, чтобы дополнить иск материалами о жестоком разгоне акции оппозиции в Тбилиси в мае 2011 года. Во вступительной части иска говорится о "преступной политике" грузинских властей, которая "несет угрозу не только населению своей страны, но и всему человечеству, его мирному развитию". Добавим, ранее Хачапуридзе подробно расписал в иске все нарушения, происходившие по вине грузинских властей в самых разных сферах. В качестве примера истец привел войну в августе 2008 года, утверждая, что если вовремя не остановить "бесконтрольную деятельность преступной власти" в Грузии, то мир получит новую кавказскую войну. Как сообщали СМИ, судебный процесс по делу Михаила Саакашвили готовился по инициативе политэмигранта Мераба Блададзе, одного из руководителя грузинского "Движения сопротивления". Он обвинил главу государства в "преступлениях против человечества, в том числе в разгроме акций оппозиции 7 ноября 2007 года и 26 мая 2011 года, фальсификации выборов президента в 2008 году, расстреле молодых лиц, пытках заключенных, репрессиях против оппозиции". Политэмигрант призвал показать миру "истинное лицо Саакашвили", пишет "Взгляд". "Саакашвили могут объявить "персоной нон грата", тогда он не сможет посещать штаб-квартиры НАТО и Евросоюза. Должны показать всему миру реальное лицо Саакашвили и его властей. В Грузии 93 политзаключенных, 19 из них признаны узниками совести", – отмечал ранее Блададзе. | 7:55 pm

Народ Грузии имеет право жить в демократическом строе и не заслуживает быть объектом террора и грабежа. Коррупция, репрессии и террор одна сторона медали, но пресекать гражданам фундаментальное право и без проведение выборов пролонгировать себе мандат осуществления государственной власти, крайний цинизм. Политическая афера на этом этапе состоялась и игнорируя конституционные сроки мандата, календарь очередных выборов парламента с МАЯ 2012 года перенесли на ОКТЯБР 2012 года, а президента с ЯНВАРЯ 2013 года перенесли на ОКТЯБР 2013 года. Проще говоря, в Грузии тенденция узурпации власти. Президент Михаил Саакашвили и парламент конституцию страны превратили в блокнот, но даже внесенные в него абсурды и коллизии паллиативные и без проведения выборов не дают им возможность после окончание срока осуществлять государственную власть. В конституции Грузии со дня его принятия действуют императивные нормы регламентирующие сроки осуществления полномочия избранными органами. По первым пунктам 49- ой и 70-ой статьей конституции, парламент избран сроком на 4 года, а президент сроком на 5 лет. Предыдущие выборы парламента состоялись 21 МАЯ 2008 года, а президента 05 ЯНВАРЯ 2008 года. Примитивная арифметика, сроки прекращения мандата осуществления государственной власти и календарь очередных выборов в отношении парламента наступает в МАЕ 2012 года, а в отношении президента в ЯНВАРЕ 2013 года. Согласно 5 статьи конституции, источником государственной власти является народ и аксиома, что после окончания срока мандата парламент и президент автоматически теряют статус и становятся рядовыми гражданами или гражданами узурпаторами, точнее, криминалами незаконно захватившими государственную власть. В стране, где участников акции протеста априори, без суда и следствия инкриминируют агентами Российских спецслужб и в попытке государственного переворота, в управлениях полиции пытают, убивают и трупы забрасывают на крыши магазинов, а организаторов и исполнителей террора не наказывают( иллюстрация этого событии 26 мая 2011 года) ,народу остается единственный шанс, словно пленникам ожидать окончания срока наказания, который конституционно наступает в ЯНВАРЕ 2013 года параллельно окончанию второго президентского срока господина Михаила Саакашвили. в 2011 году президент подписал пакет поправки в конституцию, на основе которой впредь избранный президент будет оснащен лишь церемониальными функциями и главной политической фигурой страны- становится премьер-министр . Согласно редакции оговорки, поправки в законную силу входят с момента инаугурации президента избранного на выборах в ОКТЯБРЕ 2013 года. Поправки априори ориентированы на амбиции господина Михаила Саакашвили с января 2013 года без проведения выборов узурпировать власть, а после октября 2013 года в ранге премьер-министра сохранить действующий антидемократический режим. , Этот процесс можно и нужно предотвратить законным методом, просто не допуская узурпацию власти и это возможно лишь с помощью цивилизованного мира. Исходя из той логики, что у господина Михаила Саакашвили второй президентский срок заканчивается в ЯНВАРЕ 2013 года и согласно критериям демократии в стране очередные выборы президента должны состоятся в ЯНВАРЕ 2013 года, возможность проведения выборов в ОКТЯБРЕ 2013 года исключается, соответственно нуллифицируется юридическая основа вступления в законную силу поправки в конституции. 2 000 000 signatures in 20 days...is it possible?
The forthcoming election of president in Russia scheduled for March 4, 2012 is already illegitimate. Why? Candidates from parliamentary parties and self-nominee candidates are set in unequal conditions in violation of Constitution. If you are a self-nominee you are to collect 2 million signatures of votes in you support, in......20 days! That is the price of registration you as a candidate. Sounds unrealistic, and it is actually so! That is how unwanted candidates are being sorted out from the election. UEFA is involved in political repressions in Ukraine(open letter)
Mr. Michel Platini President Union of European Football Associations Dear Mr. Platini, The image of UEFA and the European Football Championship which is to be held in Ukraine and Poland in 2012 may suffer irreparable blow due to the scandal developing around ProstoPrint, a popular Ukrainian printing company which applies images on souvenir products and clothes from the clients’ layout originals. On September 6, 2011, as a result of militia raid against the office of ProstoPrint, the company’s activity was paralyzed, the equipment was seized and criminal proceedings were taken against the employees. They are accused of illegal application of Euro 2012 logo on the clothing. It was revealed at once that the militiamen themselves had ordered application of such logo on 50 T-shirts so as to obtain the grounds for suspension of the company’s activity. When the militia arranged such provocation, they committed a number of gross outrages: search without an order, seizure of property without an order, interrogation of the suspects and examination of the witnesses with the use of physical and psychological pressure (threats of violence). The militiamen did not have any grounds for such measures against ProstoPrint because it is a customer, the owner of the product, who is liable for observance of incorporeal rights, but not the company which provides printing services. This is governed both by the Ukrainian laws and by the relevant EU directives. The employees of ProstoPrint were not even obliged to verify the customer’s right to use the logo of Euro 2012. The real reason of the “assault” against the company with all this iniquity was not the T-shirts produced through the militia’s provocation but quite another product, very popular T-shirts among Ukrainians with inscriptions including keen criticism at President Yanukovych. Under the pretext of UEFA’s incorporeal right protection, the nondemocratic Ukrainian powers have unleashed the campaign of illegal persecution of its citizens for political beliefs. In order to defend our rights and freedoms set forth in the Constitution, we will do our best to draw a wide international response to this scandal. It is especially outrageous that UEFA patent agents in Ukraine are directly involved in the crime against ProstoPrint as they have already written an application to prosecute the employees of the company criminally on the ground of the gross provocation committed by the militia. We kindly request you to interfere with this situation personally and to withdraw the application of UEFA patent agents against ProstoPrint due to absence of the formal components of a crime in the company’s actions and in that way to prevent from using UEFA as a tool for political repressions. Last chance to save a man's life
Troy Davis was convicted of murdering a Georgia police officer in 1991. Nearly two decades later, Davis remains on death row — even though the case against him has fallen apart. The case against him consisted entirely of witness testimony which contained inconsistencies even at the time of the trial. Since then, all but two of the state's non-police witnesses from the trial have recanted or contradicted their testimony. Many of
these witnesses have stated in sworn affidavits that they were
pressured or coerced by police into testifying or signing statements
against Troy Davis.
One of the two witnesses who has not recanted
his testimony is Sylvester "Red" Coles — the principle alternative
suspect, according to the defense, against whom there is new evidence
implicating him as the gunman. Nine individuals have signed affidavits
implicating
Sylvester Coles.Georgia's State Board of Pardons and Paroles has recently rejected Troy Davis' clemency petition. Troy continues to face execution on Wednesday Sept. 21 at 7 pm EDT (midnight Weds night UK time). Please take action before this time. We cannot let an innocent man die. Please
take these two simple actions - asking the Parole Board to reconsider
(they can change their mind at any time), and asking that Chatham County
(Savannah) District Attorney Larry Chisolm step in and withdraw the
death warrant.
