Once upon a time, late at night one dry and boring April night, 
thegirlriot was chatting it up with a friend of hers, and the question arose:
Why is there not an LJ community for mature lesbians from NY? There are ones for FL, NJ, and numerous other places. Why not one for a place with such a large gay community?
And so this community was born.
Rules/General Knowledge:
1) Play nice! Or as nice as New Yorkers allow... or be banned.
2) No homophobia, or be banned. (come on guys...)
3) This is not limited to lesbians per se... bisexual females are also welcome.
4) You must be from New York. (duh?)
5) 17+ only, please.
6) There is no crying in baseball.
