Rockstar: INXS

I haven't watched The Voice before, so I don't know if this is normal, but I caught the end of it tonight and Jordis Unga was on--and being very avidly pursued by three of the coaches.

Has anyone heard anything from anywhere about whether there will be a third season of Rock Star this summer?

MSN and Rockstar is hosting 4 shows featuring contestants from last season's RockStar: INXS! The first is tonight in LA featuring MiG, Lovehammers and Panic Channel and is SOLD OUT!

Here is some info on the other 3 shows:
Thursday July 20th - Chicago - featuring MiG, MINK (rocking band featuring Neal Carlson), the Lovehammers (apparently Matt Hoffer from this season will perform with them) and the M's

Thursday July 27th - NYC - featuring MiG, MINK (Neal Carlson) & Collective Soul

Thursday Aug 3rd - Boston - MiG, Lovehammers & Damone

To get tickets, go to the link above, answer all 3 questions about the current season correctly, and you'll ahve your ticket in order to get a wristband on the day of the show :)

Neal Carlson - who was on RockStar: INXS - has been with the band MINK since March. After an amazing few months in Australia, they are back in NYC and have 4 shows scheduled this month (2 of wich are this week). So, if you are in the NYC area, check them out! :)

So, Neal Carlson has been in Australia touring with his new band named MINK this month. I saw their debut show (when they were shortly named Mouth to Mouth) at the Mercury Lounge a couple of months ago and was impressed! They have a MySpace now, so CHECK THEM OUT DAMNIT!!!. You'll be glad you did :)
