===========================================================
Danny,
It's been a long time since we've spoken, and for this I apologize. I've been travelling a lot with Tianna, and my internet access is unreliable at best, but I will be staying here at this address for the next few weeks. You can send any reply here, or if you wish (and if your affairs don't keep you too busy), come down and join us for a few nights.
I hear all is well with you in Snowy Rock...I must say this news surprised me. My recollection of your domain is that it's rather busy, and, well, war-torn. But things change, I suppose. And so do people.
I have been devoting my time to seeking out the possibilities, the stories of Golconda. The werewolves have always said that each and every one of us is tainted, Wyrm-ridden...twisted. I do not wish to be that way. I don't yet know how I can become a better man than I am, but I have the desire to right past wrongs. I don't think I can even begin to seek a tutor in my chosen path until I can face it with a clear conscience, and mine still weighs heavy upon me.
It is with that in mind that I make this request.
Nine months ago, Donovan killed Trina Fox, along with fifteen innocent people, for reasons unknown but probably having to do with his own desire for vengeance. When I confronted him, he was full of justifications, of excuses, and I told him mine were not the ears to hear them. I told him I was tasked to bring him in, to stand trial, as Monica had ordered. He told me he would turn himself in after our battle at Alcatraz, with the stipulation that I give him my word of honor that he would, in fact, go on trial.
Two weeks later, Donovan turned himself in, and was put into torpor and imprisoned. I never made good on my word, and have regretted that ever since. I ask that you consider this, and do what you believe is best. Donovan is now a part of your Domain, I believe, and as such your blessing is required for any steps to be taken. But if it is possible, I would have Donovan stand trial, and if circumstances warrant (as I have little doubt they will), then he will suffer the consequences for his actions. Of course, I will do anything I can to help in this process.
Yours, Adalric
