This community is aimed at U2 fans living in the United Kingdom. It's a convenient place for you to arrange meetups with other U2 fans living in your area, swap tickets and bootlegs with fellow Brits, share opinions of U2 tribute bands you've seen, discuss the group's appearances on British TV, and so on. These are all things that tend to be of limited interest to the (mostly American) members of other U2 communities on LiveJournal. It's especially useful for letting each other know about upcoming TV/radio shows that we might otherwise miss!
For general U2 discussion, I recommend the original
u2 community which has over 1,300 members. But if there's something you specifically want to discuss with other UK-based fans, it might be easier to find them here in their own dedicated community. :)The more the merrier, so if you're a U2 fan living in the UK, please join up and feel free to introduce yourself (and invite your friends as well)!
