Missions are one of the key gameplay systems in the Armored Core games. Missions are typically quests that test player skill, reward credits and/or parts, and progress the story campaign.
Games like Armored Core: Nine Breaker and ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON frame some missions as training exercises.
