Fell End is a town located just outside the Fell Zone. In the alternative future Fell End and the surrounding farms became the desert of the Scour, the river dried to a pebbled track that ran from the Scour to the Diggings and then the Harbour. Since this timeline was prevented by the actions of Rye, Sonia, Dirk and Sholto in the present, the Scour will never come to be.[1]
The town of Fell End is within the jurisdiction of the chiefdom of Dorne, and as such is ruled over by the chieftain of Dorne.[1]
