ウィキペディア上の分類群に関する記事を、外部の生物学的および分類学的データベースへとリンクするためのテンプレートです。

概要

外部のデータベースが目録化のためにそれぞれの分類群に割り当てた一意の識別子を表示し、リンクを生成します。分類群識別子は、それぞれの対応する Wikidata エントリから取得されます。

使用法

基本書式

引数 from= のイコール以降には、分類群の QID (Q から始まる wikidata 上の識別子) を入力してください。引数を入力しなくても自動的にリンクは表示されますが、QID の入力が推奨されています。表示する識別子を制限したり、wikidata にない外部データベースの識別子も使用可能な場合があります。こちらは後述します。

たとえば、コンゴウインコ Ara macao の QID を入力した本テンプレート {{Taxonbar | from=Q243761}} を記事中に挿入すると、次のように表示されます。

本テンプレートを使用する場合、記事中の次の位置に適切に挿入してください。

付録部、すなわち、すべての注釈、参考文献、関連項目、外部リンクの下
記事の下部に置くテンプレートは上から（1）ナビゲーションテンプレート、（2）{{Taxonbar}}や{{Normdaten}}、（3）スタブテンプレート、（4）{{リダイレクトの所属カテゴリ}}、（5）デフォルトソート・カテゴリの順番で設置。
{{Taxonbar}}と{{Normdaten}}の両方を使用する場合は、{{Taxonbar}}が上、{{Normdaten}}が下の順番で設置。

追加の書式と用例

ここでは、ジョロウグモ Trichonephila clavata (syn. Nephila clavata) を例にとって、基本的でない使用法を説明します。リンクするデータベースと対応する具体的な引数は次の節を参照してください。

表示される外部識別子の制限

本テンプレートによって表示されるバーには多数のリンクが含まれ得ます。リンクが多すぎたり、特定のデータベースに問題があると考える場合、バーに表示される外部識別子を非表示にすることができます。これを行う場合、テンプレートに 引数=no を追加します。ここでは例として BugGuide、GBIF、iNaturalist の三つのリンクを非表示にします。

手動での外部識別子の表示

具体的には後述しますが、表示可能なリンクのうちいくつかはデフォルトで非表示になっています。それらを表示したい場合は引数とリンク先データベースにおける識別子を手動で追加します。ここでは例として Catalogue of Life in Taiwan (臺灣物種名錄) へのリンクを追加します。

また、wikidata には反映されていないものの、表示したい外部識別子がある場合、手動で引数を追加することで対応が可能な場合があります。ここでは例として World Spider Catalog の Trichonephila clavata の項目へのリンクを追加します。

複数のバーの表示

単型属の記事で属と種それぞれのリンクを、種の記事で亜種別のリンクや、シノニム別のリンクを表示したい場合などには、引数 from2=、from3= (以降、from4、from5…と続く) を追加し、複数の QID を指定することで、バーの中に複数の行を表示させることで対応が可能です。ここでは例として、互いに異名関係にある本種のふたつの学名 Nephila clavata と Trichonephila clavata および本種の亜種 ssp. caerulescens へのリンクをそれぞれ表示する行を追加します。

バーの中に複数行がある場合、左端には wikidata 上の分類群名が表示されます。これを別の名前に変える場合は、引数 title=、 title1= (以下、title2、title3…と続く)を使用して上書きします。たとえば、上のバーのうち、三行めのタイトルを Nephila clavata caerulescens から Trichonephila clavata caerulescens へと上書きする場合は次のようになります。

また、外部識別子の非表示や wikidata 上にない外部識別子の追加との併用も可能です。この場合、追加する識別子の引数の末尾に数字を追加して 引数2= のように表記します。たとえば、一行めの BugGuide へのリンクを非表示にし、二行めに BugGuide へのリンクを追加する場合は次のようになります。

このテンプレートは wikidata 上の次のプロパティから情報を自動で取得し、リンクを表示します。これは モジュール:Taxonbar/conf によって設定されています。

デフォルトで表示される外部識別子

デフォルトでリンクが表示されるデータベースの一覧は次のとおりです。データベースに該当する分類群の情報がある場合のみリンクが表示されるため、これらのすべてが一度に表示されるわけではありません。
