Bindoy atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Bindoy merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Negros Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 41,543 dalam isi rumah 9,813.
