Cuenca atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Cuenca merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Batangas, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 36,453 dalam isi rumah 8,923.
