A Development Merchant (previously named Magic Merchant)[1] is a NPC that helps you upgrade your equipment and accessories by selling you many items for that purpose. Materials are for Kaia's Soul Gear, Warlord set accessories and Skill Advancement. All shops currently sell the same Items found here
