    Happy lounging on the deck in lovely weather
    on Cape Ann MA

    REFLECTION ~HAPPY IS: ~ on Cape Ann MA ~

    Being happy ~ We are happy despite the ‘mixed bag’
    of life ~ Each day is a gift with all that it entails.

    Most recently we had some 70 degrees weather days which were delightful. It also meant we could sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze ~ so grateful.

    Ziggy is happy each moment. One of his favorite moments is being off leash to run on the Boulevard.
    He never tires of the area and we are always meeting friends and new friends ~ human and doggies.



    He also enjoys lying in the lounge chair on the deck and letting the world go by ! Contentment,

    Critters are a gift ~ love them all ~


    Hmm ~ My favorite are the little birds ~ the sparrows ~ and others ~ on Cape Ann MA .

    Today ~ It is this wonderful sea gull who almost seemed he was posing for the camera. It has been very erratic weather here on Cape Ann MA. One day very hot ~ the next rainy and cold ~ then lovely and breezy and now the humidity is back ~ who can predict what’s next.

    ~ Enjoy whatever the weathers brings ~

      I love the little critters as well but they are very hard to photograph in the wild so I just see glimpses of them.

    REFLECTION ~ CREATIVE LIVING ~

    REFLECTION ~
    Enjoying life each day is a goal I aim for for myself no matter what the day brings.

    Well another day ~ erratic weather as it has been for months ~ one day hot the next day cold ~ just hope we don’t have any more 100 degree days which was too much. Certainly, zaps one’s energy ~ sigh.

    Keeping it simple with ~ meditation/Yoga and being.

    The time flies by with the usual daily activities and chores. Still the time is a gift and it is spent well.

    How are you dealing with each day?

    REFLECTION ~ SKY ~

    Sky ~ Cape Ann MA ~

    Mother Nature is still erratic ~ 100 degrees for several days ~ then rainy all day in the 60’s~ Ziggy and I got out for our daily walk but not in the 100 degree temps one day. We stayed in AC for a day then next day ventured out later in the day when sun was lower and we stayed in the shade and took a gentle walk.

    Tis Summer !

    Grateful to have AC.

      I’m sure Ziggy’s bark after each firework was him saying “MORE – MORE!”…….LOL Teddy slept right through all the fireworks in our neighborhood (wish I had!).

      I’m glad that you and Ziggy are staying out of the heat. Also glad to hear that you got to celebrate the 4th properly. We were on vacation in Colorado and the woods were tender dry so all the fireworks displays were cancelled.

      We try to keep things simple here but something always seems to get in the way! We still need rain but at least the temp came down from 100s to high 80s. SOMETHING is better than NOTHING……..

      Wonderful thankfuls Carol and Ziggy OMDs the heat was unbearable last week.
      We only went out after the sun went down to get mail and change the hummingbird feeders.
      July is typically our hottest month into early august. I sure do hope it won’t be that hot for 1 1/2 months

    Staying cool in the AC on Cape Ann MA

    Temperature on Cape Ann MA a few days ago.

    (I don’t ever remember having 100 degrees temps here on Cape Ann MA )

    REFLECTION ~HAPPY IS: ~ on Cape Ann MA ~

    Being happy ~ We are happy despite the ‘mixed bag’
    of life ~ Each day is a gift with all that it entails.

    Most recently was the heat wave that arrived in many areas for the USA ~ only way to stay cool for us was to stay in the AC and so that is what we did for the most part.

    We only stayed in one day. The we both needed to walk. We stayed in the shade and took it slow and shortened the walk one day. He did go ‘off leash’ and drank lots of water after that adventure.

    Ziggy is happy each moment. One of his favorite moments is being off leash to run on the Boulevard.
    He never tires of the area and we are always meeting friends and new friends ~ human and doggies.



    He also enjoys lying in the lounge chair on the deck and letting the world go by ! Hopefully we will get back to doing so soon when it is cooler. Contentment,
