Favorite(s) of the batch: This year I'm pretty fond of Declarations of Love in a Time of Social Media, plus Like Mr. and Mrs. Smith (But Totally Not).

Best of the batch: Hmmm. A trickier question. I'm still very pleased with how Dress Up came out, and of course Declarations of Love came out really well. Of course there's The Art of Hoping as well, which was fun all the way through. And the AoKuro drabble about Aomine's career-ending injury was pretty much perfect. I'm also pretty pleased with the Midorima and Takao yakuzafic, A Kinda Sorta Fairytale.

Most underappreciated by the universe: Hm, most of the things I've posted this year have found their audiences.

Most fun to write: Probably Declarations of Love, because seriously, I giggled most of the way through it. The twitter banter of the Skittles was a joy to write. Like Mr. and Mrs. Smith was also a lot of fun, if only because I was posting as I wrote and watching people flail was, quite frankly, a lot of fun. I have never said I wasn't evil.

Sexiest fic: …geez, this one trips me up every time. I write a truly stupendous amount of smut. Narrowing it down to the sexiest fic is… well… difficult. I think the rule 63 KagaKuro smut was pretty hot. So was Rough Trade, and Like Mr. and Mrs. Smith had some pretty scorching hot porn. I'm also pretty pleased with Coming Clean.

"Holy crap, that's wrong even for you" fic: Do the hookerfics count? Because I really didn't ever expect to be writing hookerfic, let's be honest.

Fic that shifted my own perceptions of the characters: Well, I'll be honest: I didn't expect to find myself writing Enjolras and Grantaire smut in a scifi AU. So that was a surprise. Didn't expect to find myself liking Imayoshi as much as I do, so the whole Tououverse series really changed that.

Hardest fic to write: The Art of Hoping, because omg, so many basketball games to describe. So many!

Biggest disappointment: Well, I had some wordcount goals that I totally blew, but brain weasels account for that. Still, it was a disappointment!

Biggest surprise: See also writing Les Misérables fic. Fifteen-year-old Em would be so, so shocked.

Most telling fic: Most of them are pretty telling, I think. You just would need to know what you're looking for.

Year-end squee: Well, I didn't make my wordcount goals and I didn't write that many "complete" fics, but I still wrote a lot. I've gotten back onto the writing horse and am looking forward to keeping up with that in the coming year.
