I remember watching it maybe a year ago, then downloading it again because I forgot I had already watched it. Visually, it was pretty pleasing but dear God, why so cheesy? /o\ I guess it's a general problem with gay cinema, but I simply cannot cope. Why, oh why?

haha, I know what you mean about the cheesiness--there were many facepalm moments... although I can't say I've seen much gay cinema besides mainstream films like brokeback mountain and now that I look back on it, that was angst and cheese mixed up in a blender... so just curious, gay cinema--anything worth delving into?
