Creating Predictable Revenue in any business

In my experience, most CEO and CFOs biggest pet peeve is unpredictable revenue from the sales team.   The blame starts with the sales team, but believe it or not, it is rarely the sales team’s fault.   Often, it reflects a revenue engine that lacks structure, alignment, and consistency.

Many businesses have all the necessary components in place, but those components are not organized in a way that allows them to work together effectively.  As a result, activity may be high and effort may be constant, yet performance remains difficult to predict or scale.

What busy Canadian business owners need from their back office to thrive

“There’s a gap between what’s required for SMBs to be successful and thrive and the support that they’re actually getting.” – Behrad Bayanpour, General Manager, Powerpay

Payroll should not take over your week. However, for many small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs), this is case, as they are spending up to 70% of their week on manual tasks like payroll, basic bookkeeping and other administrative tasks that belong in a more modern back office. It should run accurately, stay compliant, and give you confidence that nothing has been missed.
