My name is Chris Verdel and all my life i’ve been creating things. In 2011 I discovered the art of bonsai and this seems to be the most satisfying for me.
I love Nature and the fact that with bonsai you are never finished. It’s like the canvas is moving and changing all the time and the challenge is to adapt to the ever changing elements.
I’m not really a traditional bonsai artist, I try to make as much from the material I have, whether it’s a yamadori or ordinairy garden plants.
Make something out of nothing and keep the creativity flowing is what I like most.
Like a famous artist once said:
