About
Leave a commentContinuing with the “Criminal Advocacy” themed performances, events and films being carried out Section B and Section C (Batch of 2013) we proudly present to you “CrPC Decoded“, a blog that aims to simplify and explain various issues of interest from a CrPC perspective. This is an initiative begun by the students of Section C and we will be uploading articles every week on a wide range of topics.
We encourage all faculty members and students to submit articles on any topic of interest (connected with CrPC of course), and every week we will be publishing one guest write-up on our blog. We look forward to receiving lots of interesting articles! Please email these articles on crpcdecoded@gmail.com.
There is also a forum on the website (“Ask Us”), where anyone can post questions such as “what to do when you’re arrested” or questions related to CrPC concepts, for example “what is the difference between a cognizable and non-cognizable offence” and we will earnestly attempt to get back with an answer within 24-48 hours.
On behalf of Section C, we would like to thank Prof. Brajesh Ranjan for letting us express our views in such a creative manner and we look forward to a great response to this initiative. In addition, we also look forward to your feedback and suggestions.
