If you already use CodeRabbit and can sign in to the app, the in-app support widget is the fastest way to get help. Open it from the Contact Support option in the user profile menu — click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner to reveal it. From there, you can:
  • Start a chat for help from AI and human agents
  • Submit a support ticket directly
  • Open a feature request
Paid-plan users can also open Customer Support Portal from the same menu, under Support Chat. The portal opens in a new tab and shows your organization’s support experience.

Tips for faster resolution

When reaching out through any channel, include:
  • A clear description of your issue
  • Your GitHub or GitLab organization name, if relevant
  • Any relevant screenshots or logs
Communication should be professional and respectful across all support channels, including Discord, in-app chat, and support tickets. CodeRabbit reserves the right to suspend support access for any abusive or disrespectful communication.
