Just so you know, I made a second batch of the mushroom bangers and wasn’t totally happy with the texture – have removed the recipe for now to rework the ratios.
Oh no, but they looked so yummy. 😦 A rough guide with a description as to what the consistency should be like and then we can add more liquid / flour depending on how off they are from the desired consistency…
