About me!

Well, for all I am nuts a squealy and spazzy in my journal, I am actually pretty quiet. I don't participate in fandom (besides pimping stuff the people in fandom have done), I don't post in communities (never fails, I make a pompous ass out of myself every time), and I don't really contribute to anything meaningful. Like I said, I'll pimp something someone else has done (with credit and plenty of "OMG they're so awesome, go praise them!"), but I don't draw fanart, and my fic-writing speed is approximately one page per decade. That's not to say I'm not interested in writing it, but look up the phrase "short attention span" in the dictionary and my picture is right beside it. I also have the uncanny ability to be bitten by fifty-bajillion plot bunnies per day and shake off every single one without breaking a sweat. If a plot bunny wants to be written, or heaven forbid, completed, it better have fangs the size of the moon. This doesn't mean I don't like reading fanfiction, though! I do. I totally, totally do. Here on LJ, on AFF, on the Pit of Voles; if it is something quite possibly half decent or cracktastic, I'm willing to give it a shot. And bookmark the good ones, of course. :D Mmmmm, fic!crack.

I also tend to go off on tangents.

Friend or de-friend at will; like I said, fandom-wise I like to run silent, so don't expect any "I'm leaving this fandom forever you horrible meanies!" drama. The best way to tell if I've "dropped" a fandom is that I'll stop spamming about it. Even then all it really means is that something else shiney has caught my attention for a while.

I love fangirling over various series, and would be more than happy to squeal with you over something in comments.

I have a fascination with poking at computer guts, so a lot of my posts consist of me grousing about what is not working this month. If technobabble gives you hives, you may want to run now. XD

And... that's pretty much it.




I have a bunch of colorbars that I like to look at, but to be honest they were kinda cluttering up my profile page, and lots of colorbars + dial-up internet = pain in the ass. And so, I have banished them all to this entry. I'll probably continue to poke at it, if I remember to.
