Since she got to finish bg3 before I did I treated her Wyllmance like my personal romance movie with how the context for some scenes plus her own personal headcanons were

Anyway, I decided to do Wyll and her Tav, Hiraya (an avariel elf, yes I modded the game) post-epilogue as the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess since that was the path she went for for Wyll

So not to be obnoxious here but since @louminiferous and I like watching musicals together - with some commentary from yours truly - we watched this version of All I Ask of You and while watching

It dawned on me

This is Wyll and Hiraya.

She made a story for her Dream Guardian design and Hiraya and it’s this lost love and then she finds out the Emperor used her grief and love for that lost love to get closer to her

So like, giving the vibe of the lead up to All I Ask of You and…well, you can’t tell me Wyll won’t be the sort to be like this Raoul

Ignoring society’s rule for the nobility, ignoring propriety and being silly to help his beloved through a moment of grief and despair, professing his love and making it clear that through it all

He’ll be right there with you
