On-Campus Residence
Living in residence is certain to be one of the most fun and memorable times of your life. Humber Residence is a vibrant, supportive community where you’ll have the opportunity to make lifelong friendships and experience student life to the fullest.
We align our rental term with the academic year, so you only need to pay for the 8 months you’re here. You can even extend into the summer if you’d like. 99% of our bedrooms are private, and our residence fees include everything but your cell phone!
Apply early as spaces fill up quickly! Applications for the 2026-27 academic year are currently open.
Humber Residences
Humber provides on-campus residence for more than 1,700 students. Residence is offered to first year students on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you receive a room offer, you will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable residence deposit through the Residence Portal to secure the room. Residence typically reaches a wait list in April so students are encouraged to apply as soon as they have accepted their program offer.
