Ink: Diamine Syrah
This one's a magenta-leaning red-burgundy and currently my favorite red-family ink. Diamine is underrated in my opinion: most of their inks are more affordable, they're typically well-behaved, tremendous range of colors.

Pen: Pelikan m1000 maki-e Ginko with Maple Leaves
A typically wet/broader m1000 nib, I'm told. Fantastic writing experience: not a flex nib, but a soft, springy feel. A delight to write with.

Birmingham Fountain Pen Co. Gunpowder (currently sold out)
A lovely standard dark grey. I picked it up on account of the name.

Pen: Lamy Safari Scarlet (left), F nib. I've included a Lamy Safari Dark Lilac (right) in the photo for comparison.

My experience is that Birmingham Fountain Pen Co. is very slow to ship (tiny boutique operation), but their ink bottles are generously sized. Their desaturated colors are often extraordinarily beautiful, especially the earth tones, but they have some spectacular sheening teals as well. My other mainstays include Waterfront Dusk (a rich purple, currently sold out) and Shortleaf Pine (a cool gray-green, currently sold out).
