Sian Gwenllian MS visits our site!

24th February 2026

Sian Gwenllian MS, Member of the Senedd for Arfon, recently visited our Tredafydd, Penygroes  site where we are building 12 houses for social housing provider, Adra. 🔨

During the visit, she congratulated Rhun Williams and his team on their success in the Small Builder Category at the National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards for his previous site at Bethel, Caernarfon. Rhun was selected from more than 8,000 site managers across the UK, progressing through at least three rigorous stages of judging to secure the regional title. 🎉

Sian said:

“I was very glad of the opportunity to visit the Tredafydd development and to congratulate Rhun in person on this tremendous achievement. It is always inspiring to see young people from Arfon excelling in their field, and I am particularly proud that Rhun has chosen to build his career and his life here in our local area. Developments such as this, which bring more affordable, high-quality housing to Arfon, are so important for our communities. This award is richly deserved.”
