I am literally sitting here staring at the clock, willing it to be 8 already. WHAT IS MY LIFE.

I have already listened to Teenage Dream approximately 500 times, and this is the first time I ever bought a Glee song off iTunes.

In other (less happy-making) news: Old 97's added more tour dates. NONE IN DETROIT. :( Not even in MICHIGAN. I need them in my life! I'm hoping/praying/wishing they add more. They also don't have Chicago listed, and I think they always go there, sooo I'm taking this as a sign that they might add more dates. If they DO go to Chicago and not Detroit, I may haul my ass down there and go see them with aplethora. ONLY FOR YOU, RHETT. (also I guess aplethora is okay - plus there is also dugindeep 8D)

First, a disclaimer. I have used my wacom tablet maybe a total of 5 times because the thing baffles me, Photoshop baffles me, hell, life baffles me. So, mind you, these are doodles. Wah.

I'm only up to page 180, because I'm taking my time. I thought I'd be posting more about it, but I guess I'm lazy. Nevertheless, even if this ends badly, if everyone dies, if Roland gets hit by a van and the Tower falls (*snerk*)... pages 137-138 might be enough to make it all okay for me.


eta: Last night I had a dream that Stephen King took me to a new dentist. It was scary because they said that the old dentists were totally wrong and my teeth were awful and they were all going to fall out, etc. Stephen was really concerned. I'm going to take Sudafed Sinus Nighttime Plus Pain Relief before bed more often! ;)

eta 2: Completely unrelated.. is it weird that the cover of Teen Titans 16 reminds me of that photo of the three firemen raising the flag from the Sept. 11th attack? I think my head is confusing things.

All comic book reading (with the exception of Astonishing, eee, what a great cover!) is getting put off probably until I'm done with my book.

Man was Phil. class BOooOOooOooring today.
Came home, been roleplaying the ship venture some more... right now my character is in a combat situation, and not doing well. It figures that my biggest pacifist character would be trying to fend of pirates with a broom... hehe.

My dad put on all these Bowie albums and I'm going nuts.
No music... hmmm... what's the right way to say this... moves me? well, no music gets me going than Tori, Yes, and Bowie. :)
My three favorite Bowie albums are Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars (which is on right now), Hunky Dory (which was just on), and Diamond Dogs.

Ahhh.
Today was okay. It didn't seem to drag on and on at work, so that's always a good thing. (I work at a daycare, usually in the room with the 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 yr olds.) The kids were rather annoying today, though. They were just... wild. It was pretty cute when I found out the "Flight of the Bumblebee" was on this 'symphonies for kids' cd we have, and I turned it up and said "Kids, can you hear the bee, it's getting away!" And we chased an imaginary bee around the room, clapping our hands to try and catch it. I was surprised at how into it they were.
I'm just so glad it's Friday tomarrow... ugh... I'm so sick of school/work. I have to drive about a half hour to school, and it's just so stressful for me. I don't particularly like driving, esp. in rush hour. Plus my classes are really annoying. Tuesday night I have Speech class at 6:30... speeches, nooo, I hate giving speeches. Wednesday morning I have a computers class, which would normally be fine, but the lady gives up a buttload of homework. And then Wednesday night I have Philosophy, which is pretty cool.
So anyways, I'm just glad this week is almost over.
I'm so addicted to Big Brother. I love that show, I would love to be in that house, I think it could be a lot of fun.
I can't believe George got banished!! First Brittney, now George. I'm so upset... I thought of all the people left, Eddie should be the next to go.
Anyways, speghetti's almost done, and I'm roleplaying two characters online at the moment, so I'll write samo' latah.
