Hi! *waves* I'm Katy. I'm a 30s-something American woman who spent eight years working as a flight attendant and now stays home with a baby we call Flare. I no longer post wacky passenger stories, alas, but you can find those tagged on my journal if you're interested! Mostly I post about my family (my husband, my Flare, and my cat) and I flail about fandomy stuff-- a lot. I'm generally friendly, reasonably witty, and have a pretty big heart. I'm very introverted in real life, but a bit more gregarious online. I'm a Virgo, ISTJ on the Myer-Briggs Personality Scale (though I'm not nearly as organized or tidy as either of those two might suggest!) and, depending on the questions asked, I've gotten either Hermione or Snape on every HP personality test I've ever taken. I consider myself a Ravenclaw with strong Slytherin tendencies, a good splash of Hufflepuff, and not a drop of Gryffindor.

I read and write in Harry Potter and Star Trek (mostly AOS/TOS) fandoms. But I do read and comment in other fandoms including but not limited to MCU, Merlin, Agents of SHIELD, Percy Jackson, Veronica Mars, and Buffy.

All my fanfiction is public and tagged according to characters and pairings. Some of my Flight Attendant/travel stories are public, too. Everything personal is f-locked.
