So I get a PM, not to personal account but to my hg_seasons_mod account. Someone asked that I (or Fianna) copy chapters of a story from one of our members f-locked entries.

Really?

No. I will not copy a friends f-locked stories or chapters for you to read. If you really want to read the stories, send a PM to the author. And if they don't reply, too bad. Wait and see it they unlock it. But asking someone else to copy it and send it to you is just rude!

on pottermore. Just curious, is that someone I know here?

I'm writing a new Harry/Ginny story right now and a small part of it will take place in the US.

My dilemma right now is where to set it. I have it narrowed down to a few places, but I'm not really sure of any of them, so I figured I'd get everyone's opinion.

My internet connection at home has been very spotty for the past month and has disappered entirely since last Tuesday. Comcast has been out several times to 'fix' it and last time they decided the problem was my modem so they took it with them and left one of their rental ones. To rent one from them costs $7/month or to buy one at Best Buy is $69. So I ended up buying my own and driving to their office to return the rental - which still didn't fix the problem so they are coming back this Tuesday. If this doesn't fix the problem I think I'll switch from Comcast to Verizon!

Now in the good news department - I have added another member to my family. His name is Walter and he looks like he could be Charley's son. He's 12 weeks old. I'll post a picture later. Charley is a little nervous around him and watches him constantly. There has been some hissing from both of them, but overall I'm hopeful they will get along.
