SK Hynix Plunges 15% In Korea Despite 13% ADR Premium On Nasdaq Debut As KOSPI Suffers Black Monday Crash
SEOUL -- SK Hynix shares plunged 15.37 percent to close at 1,845,000 won on Monday, breaking below the 1.9 million won level for the first time since May 20 and wiping out much of the positive sentiment generated by its recent U.S. listing. The steep drop occurred even as the company's American depositary receipts rose 13 percent from their offering price in their Nasdaq debut last week.
