In my current position at MSU, I regularly teach PHL 344: Ethics in Healthcare and PHL: 356 Ethical Aspects of Feminism, as well as graduate seminars on topics related to feminist bioethics and ethics of food and eating. For more info on MSU Philosophy courses, see here.

You can read about my PHL 344 syllabus in this post on the American Philosophical Association Syllabus Showcase.

My teaching is grounded in my belief that philosophy can be useful for everyone. I employ a variety of activities in each class session, including small group discussions, independent work, and close reading activities to engage students with different learning styles, backgrounds, and career paths. I also assign readings by authors from diverse groups and incorporate a range of topics and themes into each of my courses to connect with students’ concerns and experiences.
