Frostgrave - The Silent Tower

A couple weeks ago, we played our 5th Campaign game, this time doing The Silent Tower scenario. This rainy weekend is the first chance I had to get the Comic AAR completed due to attending Game Con Canada last weekend.

We had our full slate of 6 players, their warband images below. If some bands are missing a figure in their photo, its likely due to them being seriously injured.

So onto the Comic of what transpired!

So there we have it for our 5th game. Our next scenario is The Library, so I've got some good things up my sleeve for that. Checking out my previous Frostgrave Campaigns for that scenario will give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Thunder Alley - EWG Championship Race 2

We had 5 players at last nights Thunder Alley, adding Kurt into the mix. With 3 cars each, we lined up & then off we went. As we entered the 2nd lap, there was potential for a few cars to get lapped.

However a timely yellow flag, allowed the slower cars to get caught back up with the pack.

This was to continue throughout the race as we drew more Yellow Flag events, thus no one had a lapped car. Below, getting ready for the racers to be first across the line, no-one wanted to pit!

While Scott got his car across the finish line first, some deft card play by Daniel allowed him to get all his cars (blue) near the top to  keep his campaign lead.

Now we just need the extra 2 players to work on getting Daniels cars in the last 3 spots....just saying.

Frostgrave - The Mausoleum

Last Sunday was our 4th Frostgrave Campaign game. We had everyone out as we played the Mausoleum scenario.

I had 2 of my members killed, a thief & a thug, so will be upgrading 1 to a Scrounger & another thug most likely as my funds are quite low as I didn't get away with any treasures.
