Every diviner knows that getting involved with creatures from the beyond can lead to nothing but disaster. But when the only way to save her best friend is getting into a contract with a spider apparition, what choice does Edelweiss have? As Edelweiss helps Lucifrid take control of the dark side of her school, they draw the attention of exorcist Ilya, who is determined to destroy Lucifrid and set Edelweiss free.
Help Edelweiss navigate this tangled web and choose between agency or surrender, loving or letting go. But beware, no choice comes without sacrifice...

Does anyone know how to get ending 4? I've only managed to get Lucifrid's ending, the ending with Ilya, and the "try it yourself" ending. What else is there?

This was a delight! I’ve been keeping an eye on this one for a while, and the final game did not disappoint. The entire thing is beautifully composed, with gorgeous character and background artwork - I really liked the slight fish-eyed(?) perspective on the backgrounds, it gave the entire game a somewhat spooky atmosphere! The prose was very well-written (the playful banter was especially fun!). The characters are all wonderfully colorful (and I particularly liked how none of the characters were portrayed as purely morally black or white). Most of all I was impressed by how well-thought out the story was - the worldbuilding was impressively complex, the characters all grew over the course of the story in their own ways, and the endings were satisfying and really felt like a cohesive experience narratively.

I really liked how, in the "liberation" ending, Lucy frees Edelweiss not only from himself, but also from her diviner responsibilities - it's a very fitting turnabout on their initial encounter (threatening Emrys to get Edelweiss to sign a contract vs. rescuing Emrys and liberating Edelweiss). While it's not a traditionally "good" ending (for a romance game), I thought that it was a very fitting good ending considering where their relationship started and Lucy's overall personality, and the ending scene was very sweet. It also contrasted extremely well with the "possession" ending (either letting Edelweiss go or possessing her completely) - a perfect set of endings for a "yandere" character.Ilya was a very interesting secondary male lead! At first glance, he appears to be the “good guy” (he even has the princely, pure-coded appearance to go along with it) - but ironically, his ending involves “controlling” Edelweiss in a fashion as well, by presenting her as a maiden that he needs to rescue and imposing his solution, without giving Edelweiss much say in the matter. Interestingly, in that way, his relationship with Edelweiss lacked some of the nuance that Lucy’s relationship with her had, and despite his ending being the most “traditionally happy,” it definitely felt a bit more off-putting/uneasy than the liberation ending.
(The TBHK comparisons that other commenters have made were very apt - I definitely got those vibes! It also reminded me a lot of classical shoujo that I used to love, like Inuyasha.)
Overall I enjoyed this so much!! Beautiful work, nef! (It was so fun playing another one of your games!)
Such a beautiful and high quality game! All aspects of the experience worked together to create a really unique atmosphere, like being suspended on the page of a classic fairy tale - unsure where (or how dark) the story may take you next.

hellohello! just came back to write this after finishing the game and i have to say... this is the best itch game i have played in a WHILE. i kid you not i cried after finishing my first playthrough. i had sm fun playing i love the story, the art, everything is so beautiful! i need moreeeee

4. i love the character designs!! especially lucy
5. I looooooove Lucifrid's entire personality. I'm not that far in yet but I adore the juxtaposition between his entire yknow, cruel spider god thing and the fact he not just looks but still like. Acts. And talks. like a schoolboy. It's really charming when he sulks like a normal kid when Edie gives him tastes of his own medicine, I love their dynamic.

I think I played Lucy ending, the one in which we have to break the bound, and gosh it made me cry TT___TT I was so focused on the story... I am not fan of these kind of endings since I always hope to get a more less happy one, but I enjoyed a lot the beautiful and fun trip! (I was waiting for Lucy to become human or something haha)
I read in one comment that the creator is working on a medieval UA with the main characters so I'm so in!! is there any date? I will be waiting!

Unfortunately this game doesn't really have a traditional "happy" ending but I'm glad you gave it a chance anyway. I'll make sure to post updates for the other game here too once there's something more substantial to show hehe

Ah, loved it! Edie is such a great lead, I loved her cheekiness as well as seeing her insecurities played out (and how unfortunately it gets used against her). Each ending being as dubious as the next was such a treat that made me feel sorry for Edie.
I'm for sure a Lucy's stan (very Hanako-esque lol) but the little, nice moments with Ilya swayed me just a bit. Even I wasn't insusceptible to his charms, dang lol. Yang is best boy/spider, though through and through <3

Yeah, there isn't really a good ending/normal ending/bad ending spread, which was a deliberate choice! Personally I refer to them as true ending (the one with the title drop hehe), Lucifrid ending, Ilya ending and bad ending/solo ending.

I've only had the time to play one ending so far and it was the sad ending(or at least i think it was) where we had to say goodbye to the spider dude forever, it legit almost made me cry.
the art in this game is amazing and it was beautifully written. You did amazingly at constantly confusing the reader into questioning who you could trust. Legit i could not tell who was the yandere. At first glance you'd think its the spider dude but the ending i got proves that he's willing to let you go. But at the same time showed many yandere traits. The white haired dude gave me mixed vibes all the way, he doesn't want to hurt the MC but gives off "mother knows best" vibes from Rapunzel but at the same time its so low key that it'll cause you to doubt if that assumptions really true or not.
alas this is all from just one playthrough and im excited to play more. i just wanted to say i hope the creator has a good day and thank you for making this game
