These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NoShowPlugin website, software, documentation, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using NoShowPlugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. About NoShowPlugin

NoShowPlugin is a WordPress plugin that adds appointment management functionality to Contact Form 7. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and may include appointment management, Stripe deposit payments, payment tracking, refunds, reminders, email notifications, availability management, analytics, and related operational tools.

NoShowPlugin integrates with your own Stripe account to process payments from your customers. We do not process, store, or have access to your customers’ payment card information.

2. Licence

NoShowPlugin is a WordPress plugin that adds appointment management functionality to Contact Form 7. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and may include appointment management, Stripe deposit payments, payment tracking, refunds, reminders, email notifications, availability management, analytics, and related operational tools.

You may not:

– Share your licence with others.
– Resell the plugin.
– Redistribute the plugin files.
– Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the plugin except where permitted by applicable law.

Your licence remains valid while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to Pro features, updates, support, and licence activation will end.

The free version of NoShowPlugin is available under the applicable WordPress Plugin Repository licence and terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

NoShowPlugin Pro is available as:

– £2.99 per month
– £29 per year

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

4. System Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible environment, including:

– A supported version of WordPress
– Contact Form 7
– A valid Stripe account for payment-related features

You are responsible for correctly installing and configuring the plugin.

5. Payments

We do not store or have access to your payment card information.

Payments collected through the plugin are processed directly through your own Stripe account.

6. Customer Data

You are responsible for all customer information collected through your website and for complying with all applicable privacy, consumer protection, and data protection laws.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

– Configure the plugin correctly.
– Keep WordPress, Contact Form 7, and NoShowPlugin reasonably up to date.
– Use Stripe in accordance with its terms.
– Maintain appropriate backups of your website.
– Use the plugin in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Third-Party Services

NoShowPlugin integrates with third-party services including WordPress, Contact Form 7, and Stripe.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, policies, or any changes made by third-party services.

9. Updates

We may release updates that include:

– New features
– Improvements
– Bug fixes
– Security updates
– Performance improvements
– Compatibility updates

Some updates may require newer versions of WordPress, PHP, Contact Form 7, or other supported software.

10. Support

Support is available for customers with an active Pro subscription.

11. No Guarantee of Results

While NoShowPlugin is designed to help businesses manage appointments more efficiently, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including reduced no-shows, increased appointments, increased revenue, or improved operational efficiency.

12. Intellectual Property

NoShowPlugin, including its source code, branding, website content, documentation, graphics, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of NoShowPlugin unless otherwise stated.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoShowPlugin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the plugin.

This includes, but not limited to:

– Loss of revenue
– Loss of profits
– Loss of business
– Loss of data
– Website downtime
– Third-party plugin conflicts
– WordPress updates
– Hosting issues
– Stripe service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.

14. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing NoShowPlugin Pro.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes become effective once published on our website. Continued use of NoShowPlugin after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
