The Boys Are Fighting: Dave Portnoy Calls Tom Brady "Cringey" and "Lame-ified"

It's a rich, conservative white-boy bitch-fight! On his latest broadcast, Dave Portnoy, 49, creator of Barstool Sports, dissed Tom Brady, 48. After Brady slapped Logan Paul onstage, Portnoy says, “Tom Brady chopping it up with Logan Paul... This to me is one of the great downfalls of an icon with Tom Brady. And it’s a legacy that is being lamified."

He continued, "You don’t want to see [Brady] mixed up in low-brow, TikTok, flag football leagues in Saudi Arabia, whatever it is. Everything about him is cringey now to me."

He also accused Brady of being a "puppet" of Fanatics owner Michael Rubin.

So, which rich guy's side are you on?

Chloe Fineman had tension with SNL co-stars before exit: "Not everyone clicked with her"

https://instagram.com/p/DbA_5NuGjpc

Saturday Night Live alum Chloe Fineman's departure following her seven-season stint on the show has drawn attention to her relationship with other cast members. According to an insider:

"Chloe could rub people the wrong way at times ... She got along really well with some cast members, but not everyone clicked with her."

"According to the source, certain cast members felt Fineman expected others to be flexible around her preferences and schedule. The insider emphasized, however, that any tension was relatively minor and did not escalate into major disputes or ongoing conflicts."

Yet another insider disputes these alleged claims. Fineman recently made headlines when she opened up about pantsing a 6-year-old boy.

FDA Apologizes To Taylor Farms As Lettuce Cyclospora Finding Was a "False" Positive, But Wait...

https://instagram.com/p/Da_5T8RyiPt

Welp, here's a twist. Or is it?

A sample of lettuce from Taylor Farms that had tested positive for cyclospora was a false positive, the Food and Drug Administration said over the weekend.

"Due to the complexity in detection of Cyclospora, FDA laboratory experts re-reviewed the sample results and have concluded that the finding does not represent true amplification and should be considered a false positive," the FDA said.

Taylor Farms took to socials to try and clear its name.

But today, Reteurs reported this: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration ‌on Monday said that traceback investigation data gathered as part of a probe into an outbreak of cyclosporiasis pointed to shredded iceberg lettuce from Taylor ‌Farms locations in central Mexico.

The agency's latest statement came after it had concluded that tests on the lettuce showed a false positive.

So I don't even know wtf is going on.

Courtney Stodden calls out Jason Alexander & Dr. Drew

Courtney Stodden, who became famous for marrying 51 year old Doug Hutchison when she was only 16, has become an advocate for banning child marriages. Earlier this month, she celebrated California's AB 1267 passing unanimously in the state senate judiciary committee, the first step towards banning child marriage in California.

[text of her post]I was 17 years old in this photo.
The older I get, the more impossible this is to understand. During this comedy sketch, Jason Alexander repeatedly rubbed his phone across my breasts while saying there was “no signal” in my head but “plenty of signal” in my chest. Later in the sketch, he joked that when I turned 18 he’d like to take me behind the couch and “have his way” with me. IMDb credits him as one of the writers of the episode. As an adult, that fact has become harder—not easier—for me to understand. I was a minor. I didn’t have the legal power to decide whether I wanted to participate. The contracts were signed by adults. The paycheck went to Doug. The production moved forward. I was the only child in the room. I felt so alone.
Looking back now, I don’t see comedy. I see a 17-year-old girl whose body became part of an adult joke. People still say, “You chose to be there.” Legally, I couldn’t make those decisions for myself. That’s the point. I can’t change what happened to me but I can ask myself: How did so many adults look at a minor and decide this was acceptable? That’s exactly why I speak out today. Children deserve laws that protect them. They shouldn’t have to become adults before realizing the law should have protected them all along.

In addition to her advocacy, she has recently been calling out celebrities who participated in her exploitation as a teenager. Today she recounted her experience with Seinfeld star Jason Alexander. Around 2009, he created the character Donny Clay, described as "the 4th leading motivational speaker in the world." Donny was a send up of television therapists and self-help gurus like Dr. Phil, Dr. Laura, and Deepak Chopra. He performed as Donny Clay at several casinos and theaters. In 2012, he did a Donny Clay skit for Funny or Die featuring 17 year old Courtney and Doug.

[text of her post]Thirty four states in America still allow child marriage under legal exceptions, which means minors can be married with parental or judicial approval, and that should disturb all of us. Stop calling it dating, stop calling it tradition, and stop pretending it is consent because children cannot legally or ethically consent to adults. This is about protection, not politics, and California should be leading the charge to close every loophole that allows exploitation. Organizations like @unchainedatlast are fighting to end child marriage nationwide and we should be demanding stronger laws everywhere to protect kids, not excuses that put them at risk.
