"dedicated to raising public awareness of healthy multiplicity through positive activism"
Source Name: Pavilion Hall and Lancers (despite being discussed as two organizations, they were just two faces of the same group and had extremely shared membership)
Creator/s: Various--Blackbirds and Hondas ran it at various times.
Years Active: 2002, though it pretended to be active till 2015.
About: An attempted coalition group for "non-disordered" multiples, the newly-coined medians (which itself was a kludge of midcontinuums and soulbonders), and singlets, which fell to infighting, bad behavior, and Potemkin activism. Its biggest contribution was the creation of the word "median," which seems to have been done purely to snub Vickis, who created "midcontinuum."
Archives:
Notes: Seems to have been another group with noble aspirations that turned into a rolling barrel of napalm. We did a write-up of its history and their coining of "median" here. Decent hub for finding multiples aspiring to online activism at the time; many attempted to work with Pavilion Hall or Lancers, only to quickly become disillusioned and pursue their own projects.
