You can unzip the pk3 file and listen to the mp3 inside too.

(Load only 1 voice replacer pk3 at a time, after brutal doom's pk3.)

Ingame setting:
Brutal Doom Options -> Player/HUD Options -> set "One-Liners" to "Male (QUAKE III)"

In 'Customize Controls', make sure to bind some keys to oneliners/taunts/offend actions.
