Shipping and Handling Within the Contiguous U.S.

• Applicable sales taxes will also apply to orders
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• All orders are shipped via UPS
• Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes
• Actual shipping times may vary

Order Changes, Cancellations or Returns

​Please contact our Customer Service group for modifications to an existing order. Broan-NuTone will accept returns on orders if we are notified within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Refund will be for the purchase price of the product and does not include the original shipping charges.

If the item/s being returned were shipped for free and the customer is returning the order through no fault of Broan-NuTone, please note that the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees to have the item/s returned back to Broan NuTone.
