A little boy walking a rugged path
While first time realizing life’s wrath

Seeking a heart of solitude
Needing a peaceful attitude

He discovers she, the tree
Her presence now exists only for he

His heart is broken
He has been awoken

A perfect salvation he discovers to think
A beautiful tree tempts his heart not to sink

A whisper of our savior
Faith not to waver

Life good, he recalls
Love
Find a friend
Be a friend
Smile
Know God
Plant seeds

Growth temptation
Sudden realization

Forgive
Hurt no one
Apologize
Accept apologies
Grow
Assume the best
Believe

The little boy leaps wiser and stands
Walks out the forest now a man

Happy now the tree watches
She too is satisfied.
