I feel compelled to write All The Time because I'm also juggling kids and a very full time job with a hellish commute. If I gave up the job or if my kids were grown and I had free time I bet anything that all of a sudden the momentum will wane. It's
When I'm too old to be of use to my young children/too wizened to bear any more/actually have a happy ever after of my own rather than writing about one/no longer working in a job with the potential to help people, then the seething consuming urge to write fic with every waking moment will be all "SEEYA my work here is done, enjoy your retirement in your empty nest, cat lady!" and I may never write again.
Before I knew this was all just another stone offered as bread, here is where it all began:

Here I am fangirl, and hopeful writer.
Nonetheless, there is some stuff locked to people who I have gotten to know well because they comment and I reply (and when they post fic or life stuff to their own LJ, I comment there and then they reply to me) and we establish a mutual friendship. People who leave me comments on my fic have pretty much kept me going through some hellish times in my life. I hope you can understand that a few of my stories are just too personal to share with people I don't yet know. But by all means friend me, I'm looking forward to getting to know you too!
