Generally, I write about these topics:

  • Psychology / Social psychology / Sociology
  • Social computing, Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction)
  • Internet research and Communication
  • Email / Spam
  • Data mining and Information science
  • Economics / Consumer research / Marketing
  • Art and technology

Hi – you sent me an email but I lost it. Thanks for putting the “about tag” up here. It’s good to know something about the person who writes this blog.

If wasn’t for procrastination on my dissertation, I would not have set-up 3 blogs, 2 websites and an internet consulting business. I love procrastination! Good luck.

    Great site. Good work.

You may find our podcast show amusing. We have worked with teams in labs for over a decade. I guess you might call us field researchers.

I am a pastry and savory cook, and when I am in the kitchen I procrastinate, mostly when I can’t visualize my plan of attack to get all my orders/recipes completed in a very timely manner. So I will pick one thing to do, and try to grasp the four other items that have to be started/finish so everything comes out on-time and hot! I say that, in response to your ‘about me’ comment and to add, thank you for giving me great reading material.

    Hi,

    Nice blog.

I am studyin M(phil) Decision Making knowledge dynamics and values at the University of stellenbosch (South Africa), and there is a lot of interresting stuff in decision theory (and not too complex), especially some counterintuitive work by Gerd Gigerenzer.

I thought you might be interrested,

    Thank you!
