To make managing your server easy, all of our cloud spaces are pre-paid. We generate your recurring renewal invoice exactly 14 days before your active server cycle completes, giving you plenty of time to review.
- Easy Payment Options: We support secure checkout transactions via major credit cards (processed by Stripe), PayPal, and Account Credits.
- Automated Credit Balance: You can add funds to your account wallet anytime. If you have active credits inside your dashboard, our system will automatically apply them to clear renewal invoices the moment they generate!
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely in love with your hosting experience! If you run into technical hurdles, severe routing lag, or hardware configuration issues that our team is unable to resolve within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Simply open a friendly support ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of registering your first VPS, and we will happily process a full refund to your original payment method. Once approved, we kindly ask you to allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
INSTANT WALLET REFUNDS: You can also choose to have the refund added as Account Credits instead. These credits apply instantly, never expire, and are perfect for launching new test nodes or volume additions later on!
Understanding Our Exclusions
To prevent administrative fraud and keep our hosting prices highly accessible, a few practical exclusions apply to our refund guarantees:
- Monthly Renewals & Upgrades: Refunds are only applicable to your first initial server setup. Ongoing monthly renewals, resource expansions, or server plan upgrades are not eligible.
- Domains & Licenses: Third-party license purchases (such as Plesk, cPanel, or Windows Server) and domain registrations cannot be refunded, as these registries bill us instantly and permanently.
- Dedicated Storage Quotas: Dedicated storage slots are instantly partitioned and locked within our storage pools. Due to resource allocation costs, Storage Box plans are not covered under the 7-day money-back guarantee.
- AUP Suspensions: Servers that are suspended or terminated due to active AUP violations (such as running cryptocurrency mining or hosting phishing scripts) are strictly ineligible for refunds.
Overdue Grace Timeline
Because we allocate and power dedicated virtualization threads for all active accounts, we cannot hold physical hypervisor resources for unpaid services. Delinquency will trigger the following automatic progression:

Disputes & Cooperation
We are extremely polite and committed to working out any billing hiccups with you! If you ever see an unexpected transaction or have a payment question, please reach out to us first.
Opening an aggressive bank dispute or credit card chargeback without speaking to us locks down our processing system. In these cases, we must immediately freeze all active billing portal access and permanently queue active instances for cleanup. We highly encourage opening a friendly support ticket under the **Billing** category instead so we can solve it in a few minutes!
