Generally speaking: Is the canon closed? I'm there. Do I often search out everything a given actor has been in and watch everything I can get my mitts on, the answer is a resounding yes! Have I entirely non-deliberately yet successfully sought out/adored OTPs where the actors are often BFFS IRL? Indeed so.

Lately I've been

watching: S5 of Shakespeare & Hathaway, S9 Richard Osman's House of Games, S5 of My Life is Murder, S2 rewatch of Ted Lasso, the K-Pop Demon Hunters movie (three times for the earworms!), S1 of Heated Rivalry (MORRRE!), S23 Top Chef US ("Carolinas"), uhhm. I rewatched Encanto recently too. I'm also caught up on Madame Blanc Mysteries and Beyond Paradise, Christmas eps included.

reading: Anne Lamott's Bird by Bird, Margaret Atwood's Bluebeard's Egg & other stories, and picking my way through Fractured: Tales of the Canadian Post-Apocalypse, edited by Silvia Moreno-Garcia. I also have The Private Lives of the Impressionists by Sue Roe up next for non-fiction.

writing: Fandoms with workable drafts include Heated Rivalry, Oz, SGA, Midsommar, Y tu mamá también, Agatha Raisin, and Numb3rs. And I have some very loose ideas for an Anne of Green Gables (1985 & 1987 miniseries) fic. Heated Rivalry has gotten way more words out of me this year than all of my writing from the past year. I am not going to question it. I have been fandom-adrift for years. HR makes me happy. HR makes my words work. HR is great. :D

I also have some light dabbly interest in The Hunger Games (books), moreso its prequel The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.
