In Sept the Information Commissioner's Office delivered a Decision Notice that supported a London secondary school in keeping a Relationships and Sex Education lesson hidden from parents. I am Appealing against that decision in a First Tier Tribunal. Please support my case.🙏

A long🧵about anonymous teachers🚨: Much has been said about my legal quest to receive a copy of the materials used to teach my daughter under the FOI Act. But my court case has always been about 2 requests: a) for a copy of the materials AND b) to know WHO taught the lesson.

Last year, following new RSE Guidance from the DfE, my 15 year old daughter was given a lesson on 'Consent' as part of the PSHE curriculum at Haberdashers' Hatcham College, in London. It was described as a "trusted and high quality session".

This decision separates children from their parents and creates safeguarding risk, by blocking parents from making formal complaints to their schools. This is terrible news at a time when radical ideologies are being taught in schools by unregulated third party providers.

If you value transparency in schools and think that parents are the best guardians of their children, who should be fully informed about their education (as the DfE stipulates) then please support my campaign and donate towards the legal fees for an appeal against this decision.

There’s a new campaign to get teenage girls into sport. Called #strongisbeautiful it’s been kicked off by Team GB rugby players posing in lingerie. Feels really regressive and sexist to me. Maybe I’m old.

I was told I could not see the slides shown to my daughter, in order to protect the SoSE’s commercial interests. This goes against the DfE's Guidance which states that "Parents should be given every opportunity to understand the purpose and content of RE and RSE"

👀🚩I'm not sure there's a better example than this lesson plan (FOR AGE 12) to show why parents MUST have full access to RSE resources BEFORE they are taught, and why the Ed Sec must step in to halt the radical third sector monopoly on RSE. Please see thread: @GillianKeegan

I was concerned this presented ideology as fact, potentially breaching the Education Act’s prohibition on Political Indoctrination and the Equality Act’s protection of fundamental beliefs, so I asked to see the lesson plans.

I wonder if our former school feels like apologising now for making my daughter play sports with two boys wearing skirts and repeatedly introducing all their pupils to gender ideology, then demonising me as a potential harasser when I complained of the safeguarding risk? 🤷‍♀️
