DIGITAL TALENT EU DAYS 2026

15–16 October 2026 · Trinity Business School, Dublin, Ireland

As part of the Digital Talent EU Days 2026, this year’s Women in Digital Summit will focus on digital talent.

The programme is structured around four thematic tracks: talent attraction, talent development, talent retention, and cross cutting topics.

In addition, the outcomes and recommendations of our Women in Digital Forum Thematic Working Groups (TWGs) will complement these sessions and round out the programme.
