    I feel like if this was Miley it would refer to actress as well. Unfortunately, I think this sounds like it could be both Miley and Demi, but Id go with Demi. This makes it seem like more than just rehab is needed.

    Miley seems like she's having a manic episode, Lovato seems to be playing with substance abuse again, yet I feel like both have been in similar places before without going full Britney. Perhaps it's someone else entirely.

    Well, Demi has already shaved her snizz so why not her head? BTW, those "leaks" make me wonder if she's not some Jap robot thing. She looks like a Barbie doll down where her coin slot should be. Where do you drop in the quarters to get that thing to vibrate?

    +1 Brayson87 - I was thinking the same thing... certainly looks like a manic episode to me, with the divorce followed quickly by release of new music, a radical makeover, all-in rebound with Brody's ex and all-in rebound with Simpson in a matter of weeks. I've seen multiple friends and family members self-medicate especially with pot, but with alcohol and other drugs too.

    Something like the Malibu fire and destruction of her house would certainly be an emotional bomb that could've put her over the edge if she were not solid in her recovery to begin with.

    Demi was first impulse but no this is Miley. She hasn't been diagnosed bipolar yet so she's unmedicated unlike Demi who clearly is suffering from med-induced weight gain

    It's Cyrus. She won't break down like Britney did, though - it'll be much more serious. Britney wasn't even on drugs, and she isn't a sex-addict. Cyrus is both of those things, and has DID. Get off the carousel, Miley.

    @sam yeah mania presents as being on drugs so that makes perfect sense. She's "sober" which probably is code for she's not on any type of meds she should be taking
