FAIR Expands its Impact by Adding Litigation and Investigations Divisions.

Help Stop Illegal Immigration and Promote and Defend Sensible Immigration Policies by Donating Today!

FAIR integrated its former supporting group, the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) into the organization, uniting two of the most prominent immigration reform efforts in the United States under one roof. By adding IRLI as its litigation department, FAIR is uniquely positioned as the most effective advocate for sensible immigration policies and the interests of the American people. FAIR is now able to address immigration law and policy issues from conception to implementation by focusing on four key pillars: investigation, education, legislation and litigation. This gives FAIR the broadest reach of any immigration reform group in the nation.
