About ILF in Iraq

ILF in Iraq, with its office in Baghdad, was established in 2012 and is a member of the ILF Group – a leading international engineering and consulting group with origins in Austria and Germany.

ILF’s presence in Iraq, however, dates back to the early 1970s when the company helped engineer the pioneering 990-km-long Iraq–Turkey crude oil pipeline – one of the region’s landmark mega-projects. Over the past decade, ILF has continued to play a significant role in Iraq’s development, contributing to key projects. This has included the construction of several kilometers of pipelines and substantial water resource management.

ILF Iraq continues to be a steadfast partner in Iraq’s progress, using its engineering expertise to help shape national infrastructure and resource management. With a number of impactful projects underway, ILF Iraq remains committed to driving Iraq’s progress and fostering a brighter future for the region.
