I’m&nbsp;<a href="https://deborahblakeauthor.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Deborah Blake</a>, and I’m the author of <a href="https://deborahblakeauthor.com/books/non-fiction/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">over almost 20 books on modern Witchcraft</a> from Llewellyn Worldwide (plus my own tarot and oracle decks, which is like, the coolest thing ever), and<a href="https://deborahblakeauthor.com/books/fiction/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> three series of paranormal romance/urban fantasy</a> from Berkley Publishing, including the Baba Yaga series, the Broken Rider series, and the Catskills Pet Rescue cozy myster series. Plus a few odds and ends of things I’ve put out on my own. So basically, I’m a writer. A writer of stuff. I also teach online witchcraft classes, do tarot readings, and some other miscellaneous stuff . Mostly, though, I am owned by cats. You know that’s the really important bit, right? If you don’t believe me, just ask them. As some of you know, I started this page a number of years ago when I had a dying cat who needed expensive meds. Then I lost my fiction contract, and another cat got sick, and well, the folks here saved my bacon. There have been other issues as well, and the upshot is that the financial stresses were starting to take a toll on my ability to be creative. And if I’m not creative, I don’t make money to pay the bills or the vet. Not good. So this is one of the reasons I finally decided to start a Patreon of my own, after supporting authors I admire for a number of years. The other reason is that I love the way it allows me to give back to my patrons—readers, supporters, fans—in ways that I can’t necessarily do for everyone out there. People often ask me for specific things, like witchcraft classes or tarot readings or specialty spell kits or feedback on their writing, that I simply don’t have the time or energy to do for the general population. But I’ll be making some of those special goodies available for the folks who have the money and inclination to support me at the higher levels. And if you can only afford a dollar or five or ten a month, don’t worry, there is something for you too. And everyone who supports me here gets one more thing: my undying gratitude. Writing is a very solitary career, and most authors spend the majority of their time sitting alone (or with cats), madly typing away. Having people value my work enough to support it personally—that’s just huge, and makes me feel as though I have a small, faithful army of friends at my back. Thank you for having my back. Deborah

Members of this tier will be part of the Cranky Crone's Online Coven. This will include one meeting via Zoom per month (usually on a full moon or a sabbat/pagan holiday). Meetings will be recorded for those who can't make it in person, and the recordings posted the next day to those in the group. [Don't worry, they won't be seen by anyone else, and will magically disappear after 60 days.] There may also be some magical crafting get-togethers, or other activities requested by members.Members will also be free to ask witchy/magical questions at any time.Also includes benefits from all previous levels.

I can't give you a cape, but if you're supporting me at this level, I definitely consider you to be a superhero!
